Job Description:
Our client is one of the largest and most diversified law firms in Canada. With offices in seven Canadian centers, it provides a full complement of legal services to national and international clients.
The ideal candidate must have three to five years of relevant experience, be bilingual and familiar with representations before courts and tribunals. The chosen candidate will represent the interests of financial institutions, creditors and trustees regarding financial restructuring, bankruptcy and recovery of assets, in the application of various laws and regulations, including the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the companies' creditors' arrangement act. This person will also have the opportunity to negotiate and to be directly involved with clients.
