2. Receive resumés and screen candidates:
Welcome and track candidates from your CorporateWorks™ career site, the Workopolis Network and any referrals. Use our free ScreeningRoom™ to filter and rank candidates and assess the best fit.
3. Interview and hire:
Set up automated CandidateAlerts™, emails that let you know when a compatible new resume has arrived in our Resume Database. Create candidate shortlists, track candidates' status, provide comments and candidate recommendations.
4. Measure performance:
Generate cost-per-hire, time-per-hire and traffic reports to measure the effectiveness of your corporate site.
