Username Rules

Your username cannot be the same as the password and cannot already be in use by another user.

Pick a username that:

• is between 6 to 30 characters long
• uses at least 3 different characters
• has no whitespace characters (space, tab, etc.)
• is not one of these reserved words:
  USERNAME", "RECRUITER", "HIRING MANAGER", "WORKOPOLIS", "DEFAULT"

Password Rules

Pick a password that:

• has a minimum of 8 alphanumeric characters
• uses at least 1 number
• uses at least 1 upper case letter
• uses at least 1 lower case letter
• has no whitespace characters (space, tab, etc.)

What are Personal Verification Questions?

If you bank online, you may be familiar with Personal Verification Questions. Designed with your online safety in mind, these questions are used when issuing a new password online, in the event you forget your original password.

Workopolis visitors are asked to provide two (2) Personal Verification Questions.

• Your Personal Verification Questions (and answers) are as important as your Workopolis password. Always keep them private!
