HRMS
Instructor
The
HRMS Instructors goal is to be a key contributor in growing Oracle University
revenue by providing relevant, timely instruction to customers. This role is an
individual contributor position reporting to the Canadian Applications Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Master new services, technology and internal
processes shortly after their release, and prepare to deliver the corresponding
curriculum to meet customer demand. Will use class evaluations and act upon
data for continuous improvement of delivery methods.

Deliver public customer classes from the provided
courseware, as well as deliver tailored on-site events encompassing diverse
curriculum needs; achieving quarterly utilization and quality targets.
·
Assist in expanding curriculum breadth to meet
customer needs; work with managers to develop and execute action plans to
improve quality of classroom instruction, and recommend improvement ideas to
management in areas of facilities, products, and curriculum, and departmental
collaboration.

Engage in special projects such as curriculum
review, composition of custom courseware, and product testing for new releases.
·
Participate in monitoring work schedule to achieve
targeted utilization; fulfill administrative and communication requirements in a
timely manner.
·
Setting up hardware and software for course
delivery, and assist in the day-to-day operations of the Education Center
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
PreSales Experience: Minimum 2-year pre-sales support
experience with technology products.
Knowledge:
·
HR background and accreditation
·
General and in-depth Oracle E-Business, Peoplesoft
and JDE product knowledge strongly preferred.
·
Bilingual (English/French)
·
Understanding and familiarity with Oracle
University technology offerings is a plus.
·
Some knowledge of major competitive products and
Oracle's relative strengths.
·
Innovative, strong organizational skills,
self-starter and a team player.
·
Demonstrated ability to work with a team, yet works
independently without direct supervision.
·
Exhibits strong written, verbal and interpersonal
communication skills.
·
Ability to educate and transfer knowledge to
diverse group of individuals.
·
