Job Description:
-
Manage field support staff and technical services of Customer Automation Western Region (BC through Manitoba and Western USA)

Coordinate activities relating to ESS installations, migrations, transitions, training and field maintenance

Ensure established service levels (SLA's) are maintained
-
Develop skills of Automation Specialists through training, coaching, and performance management
-
Partner with Customers and Sales to provide consulting services on deployment of automated / integrated solutions - ESS, Connect, Network, EDI, Web Services, etc.

Assist in business planning process and management including: project management, revenue integrity, completeness and growth, process efficiencies, asset management, cost controls, budgeting and resource planning.
Qualifications:
-
University degree, college diploma or equivalent experience in information technology
-
2 - 5 years management / leadership experience including medium-large project management and / or customer service (technical preferred)

Strong analytical and technical skills

Professional self starter, self motivated, energetic motivator of others

Proven track record of delivering industry leading customer service, support, consultation and implementation; familiarity with WAMP solutions a plus

Excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal with customers effectively

Excellent communication skills; verbal, written, and presentation
-
Proficient with all major OS and applications
-
Knowledge of Windows NT and MS-Dos.
