We are actively seeking customer-focused individuals who are interested in joining our team in the entry-level position of Department Supervisor - Grocery.  

Working closely with the Store Manager or Department Manager, Department Supervisors receive on-the-job training while assisting in the day to day operations of our full service grocery/general merchandise stores. If you have no previous management experience, our training systems should have you ready to advance to a store manager position in less than three years.

We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals and couples who will welcome the opportunities for career advancement that we have to offer. Ideal candidates will be adventurous team players who can appreciate remote small town life in a culturally diverse setting. Previous General merchandise, Retail food and managerial experience are an asset but not a necessity for employment.
