Position Summary:
The Bilingual Account Services Representative will work closely with an assigned group of Account Managers and play an active role in driving customer satisfaction and retention. In addition, the successful candidates will be responsible for identifying up-sell opportunities and as such contribute to revenue generation. This position calls for a driven individuals who thrive on consistently achieving targets.
Responsibilities:
- Process service agreements and activate services for customers within an assigned territory.
- Execute outbound account management calls to increase level of customer interaction and provide ongoing customer service by providing information on market trends, Expressions of Interest metrics etc.
- Identify accounts and execute soft up-sell where there are opportunities to increase customer success and revenue.
- Responsible for following up on customer feedback, requests and suggestions.
- Responsible for communicating other customer feedback through the appropriate channels
- Resolve customer support inquiries in a tactful, diplomatic manner that will ensure continued business.
Qualifications:
- The ability to communicate (written and verbal) with customers in both English and French is a mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of inbound and outbound customer service.
- Post secondary education preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service and/or inside sales role, ideally within an Internet/Web-based organization.
- Strong customer orientation and motivation for customer service, including an outgoing, proactive, responsive nature.
- Strong time management, follow-up and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated and energetic, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Excellent probing skills.
- Works well independently or as a team member.
- Quality orientation and attention to detail.
- Outstanding problem solving skills.
- Strong interest in the Web, computers and technology.
- Proficient with software applications, including: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask with multiple systems while interacting with customers.
