Individual Insurance - Case Manager / Coordinator-0902017

We have immediate vacancies for Case Managers/Case Coordinators in Individual Insurance to provide front line support to Individual Insurance New Business and Underwriting teams. Case Managers / Coordinators will be responsible for managing, coordinating and controlling incoming and outbound telephone calls with respect to service issues, status updates and resolution of all inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through our dedicated 1-800 #s
- Effectively respond to all inquiries
- Develop and maintain strong, effective relationships with advisors, assistants, and various internal customer
- Experience in a customer service role
- Experience in a call centre is helpful
- Experience in individual insurance is an asset
- Proficient computer skills
- Post-secondary education
- Excellent proven customer service skills
- Ability to analyze reports
- Ability to prioritize caseloads
- Ability to make judgment and decision making to handle exceptions
- Ability to handle fluctuation work volumes and multiple tasks within a fast paced environment
