Territory Manager - Healthcare Company, North York
Our client, a healthcare company is in search of a Territory Manager to prospect, grow and build relationships with clients for GTA East. The company is a strong believer of improving people's health and quality of life through their products.
By accepting this role, you will be responsible for managing their existing accounts and growing new business by developing and educating contacts with pharmacies and retail channels such as health food stores.
More precisely, your principal responsibilities will be the following:
- Prospecting clientele that represent a potential sale in a defined territory
- Sustaining existing relationship with your clientele
- Organize lunch and learns to healthcare professionals
- Educate and sell the added value features of your product to grow sales
- Growing revenues and profits within your territory
- Support clients with learning and development of the companies product
- Presentations to healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferable in corporate B2B sales or consumer packaged goods.
- Experience with cold calling and prospecting new business
- Post Secondary education required. Major in Biology, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, or Business Administration an asset.
- Must have the ability to present and speak to healthcare professionals such as pharmacists, doctors and nutritionists.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Working out of a home office
- Proficient with MS Office suite
- Must live within the territory (North York and area.)
The offer:
- Base salary of $45,000 per year.
- Commission package
- Car allowance or car provided by the company
