General Manager
Like a pro hockey captain driving his team to victory, our retail General Managers lead the charge to fulfill the Easy brand promise at the store level. Responding to the play by play of the District Manager, they communicate, plan and execute key business strategies, often in the capacity of Manager on Duty. They drive sales and lead their team to prospect for new corporate customers. They coach and lead management onward to peak store performance. They defend company assets and work to provide a safe and healthy working environment. Throughout it all, they strive to maximize earnings and win customer loyalty. Sales Manager
Simply put, Sales Managers rocks! Sales managers have their hands in all things sales related. Their primary responsibility is to direct and cultivate the selling culture at all levels of the store team and ensure that the Easy brand promise is in ultra-high gear. Planning and execution are the name of the game. Sales Managers ensure that everyone in our Check Out, Service Centre and Copy Centre departments deliver customer service like it's going out of style. They're also accountable for the operational effectiveness of our Business Support Managers and Divisional Sales Managers - hey, everyone needs a little support sometimes. Sales Managers also apply their can-do attitude in their function as Manager on Duty when required. So to reiterate, Sales Managers are it!
