A national oil company is looking for senior engineers for tax free positions in the Arabian Gulf.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing training and development strategies in line with business objectives and values
- Implementing clear management, succession planning and performance appraisal processes
- Designing training programs and systems for engineering, technical and commercial disciplines - looking at skills gaps
- Negotiating and selecting external training providers.
Minimum Requirements
- University Degree in Analytical discipline.
- 15 years experience in Training/ Career Management.
- Specific Specialist Experience critical to implementation of training and assessment projects.
- Knowledge of Computer skills and HR Systems presentation skills.
