Maintenance Manager (#18307)
Key Accountabilities
Ensure that all equipment and systems necessary for efficient plant operations are properly resourced.
Implement and maintain trouble shooting and maintenance repair systems along with preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities
Provide leadership to maintenance supervisors and/or maintenance hourly associates.
Develop maintenance budget and control costs within agreed to budgetary guidelines.
Perform follow-up analysis to identify root cause of recurring downtime and inefficient operations and ensure necessary changes are made
Manage buildings and grounds such that Good manufacturing practices are adhered to and a professional appearance is maintained
Lead/Co-ordinate project work related to equipment and systems enhancement
SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
7-10 years of maintenance experience with an emphasis on predictive and preventative maintenance programs. Steam and refrigeration, electrical, millwright or other certification
Engineering degree or experience equivalent
Detailed knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices in a food processing environment
