| Job Description |
This person will join one existing sales rep in Edmonton to work in the Leduc Industrial Park and other industrial areas. They will prospect and meet with business and travel managers to drive sales for a limited service hotel in South East Calgary. They will have a presentable appearance and professional polish, yet be able to relate to the working demographic the hotel is trying to attract. |
| Responsibilities |
. Meet or exceed sales targets and weekly prospecting targets
. Hunt new business through prospecting and presentations
. Have a 'think on your feet' mentality throughout contract negotiations
. Follow up with existing clients to build solid business relationships
. Persuade gatekeepers and decision makers to use the client's facility for their business accommodation needs

| Requirements |
. Three years previous sales experience; contacts with Leduc/Edmonton industrial businesses
. Proven record of meeting sales targets
. Strong command of the English language
. Hunter mentality: will dial the phone and knock on doors until goals are reached
