As a Project Manager with Chase Card Services in Canada, you will be working on directing and managing projects across multiple line of businesses. The role will span responsibility from problem identification, detailed analysis, solution design, project planning, recommendation, execution, and senior level status reporting. It will utilize a process of defining requirements and project specification and follow-up on specific deliverables across many functional areas and sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate recommendations relating to business opportunities, investments, financial regulations and similar financial projects or programs that impact the customers. Analyze and discuss the potential risks/benefits involved in using the specified solution to address the business requirement. Conduct program and project meetings to communicate individual roles, project expectations, and ensure that all project team members have the tools and training required to perform effectively. Leading/participate in meetings at the strategic, operational and project level, providing continuous feedback on project status and offering constructive options to ensure project tracks to original expectations. Define purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, and measures of success. Develop project plan and execution approach. Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary. Provide action plans to mitigate risk and help implement them, when applicable. Lead the post-implementation review along with the operations leaders evaluating project results, including customer satisfaction. Promote effective teamwork and manage the resolution of interpersonal issues. Lead the sharing of best practices and driving a consistent approach across all the sites. Prepare executive level reporting on initiatives and the overall program itself.

Qualifications

Qualifications
5+ years of Credit Card experience and 7+ years Project Management experience
Ability to work in and adapt to ambiguity, turning it into options and solutions.
Expertise in project management discipline, techniques and Project Delivery Process
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels
Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong team building skills
Knowledge and experience using MS Word, Excel, Project, Access, Power Point, etc. and use/familiarity with Tsys
