SUMMARY:
The BDR directly generates revenue by selling products and services to new and current users within an assigned territory through direct, face-to-face contact. Usually reports to a Territory Manager. The BDR is responsible for generating annual revenues of approximately $300 thousand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sells products/services to new and/or current customers in an assigned geographic area to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives:
. Contacts and visits prospective customers to determine product/services needs and performs sales presentations to match company's products with identified needs.
. Sells products through face-to-face contact.
. Remains knowledgeable of company's products to facilitate sales efforts.
. Maintains sales records and prepares sales reports as required.
2. Provides follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products and/or services provided.
3. May assist sales and sales support representatives as needed.
4. Build strong relationships with referring partners effectively resulting in referral business to Chase Paymentech.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
. Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business or sales management in lieu of degree.
. Requires one to two years of sales or business development experience.

. Good selling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
. Knowledge of Paymentech's products and pricing practices or payment processing industry experience preferred.
. Must be located in the Manitoba area and open to 50% travel.
