THE OPPORTUNITY:
Managers in the People & Change service line participate in and/or lead engagement teams in providing advisory services to senior managers in organizations that are facing organizational issues. They are responsible for developing and implementing effective and innovative solutions to meet client needs in the areas of organization design, strategy implementation and change management. Managers are responsible for using basic principles of project management to manage multiple projects with strategic impact for one or more clients and are accountable for the deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality of their projects. Managers develop and maintain good relationships with clients. They also lead/support proposal development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Provide leadership and operational and tactical advice and guidance to engagement teams and clients in the areas of organization design and effectiveness, performance measurement, strategy implementation and change management.
· Design and implement innovative solutions to meet client needs using best practice research and intellectual capital materials
· Initiate projects by developing project scopes, including detailed, task-level work plans and resource, time, and cost estimates, required to successfully implement a viable solution. Work with others to ensure project objectives are attained.
· Facilitate client workshops and planning meetings
· Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients, peers and others
· Lead and/or support proposal development
· Support internal firm development by creating and contributing to new intellectual capital, leading internal teams and contributing to the development of others

THE SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS:
A successful candidate will possess the following skills and behaviours:

5-7 years' progressively responsible broad scope business management experience in consulting firm and/or corporate environment.

Successful track record in areas including behavioural change management, organization design, organization development, or process improvement.

Must have experience managing complex applied research projects

Excellent knowledge of Process Design, Facilitation, and Change Management
-
Excellent knowledge of Organization Design and Project Management
-
Excellent knowledge of Human Resource practices
-
Good knowledge of performance measurement practices
Education Requirement:
· University Degree in business, management, or behavioural sciences.
· M.A. / M.B.A or higher in management, organizational behavior or Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred.
