Key responsibilities are as follows:
· Create procurement value by delivering savings results through cost management (cost reduction and cost avoidance), supplier relationship management, quality improvements and innovation
· Work with Category Mangers to implement procurement cost savings strategies
· Lead mid-size sourcing initiatives across J&J affiliates in Canada
· Prepare monthly scorecard report for senior management
· Improve Spend Analytics to identify incremental savings opportunities
· Assist with RPF process and contract negotiations by closely working with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
· Collaborate with worldwide Category Leaders to optimize J&J purchasing power
· Facilitate supplier management process throughout the life of the contract ensuring supplier

Qualifications

The follow skills and experience are required:
· Credible supplier management expertise related to Marketing Services (Agencies - Creative, Interactive, Promotional,), Direct mail and Fulfilment, POP displays, Marketing Research, Sampling programs)
· Exceptional computer skills and software proficiency (advanced user of MS Excel, PPT, ARIBA)
· Negotiation skills and experience dealing with 3rd party suppliers and agencies
· Understanding of procurement process and best practices
· Strong business acumen and analytical skills
· Project management skills
· Pharmaceutical and /or CPG Experience an asset
