Each of our people is a specialist in their area of focus, but what makes us strong is how we work together to support our colleagues in solving their business challenges.
We offer a Leadership Development Program focused on identifying and developing leadership capability, a Short-Term Job Opportunities Program that supports the growth and development of our people, a Women's Network which provides a forum for addressing the needs and interests of our ITS women, and a Create Value Program that encourages ITS people to suggest ideas or innovations that can have positive changes to our processes, procedures and the way we do business.
