Mechanical Reliability Engineers

Our client has immediate openings for Mechanical Reliability Engineers at multiple operations on beautiful Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Responsibilities:

.          Manage engineering projects.

.          Organize and analysis of basic reliability data from field studies or data base, and correlates the data for analysis using well defined engineering techniques and procedures.?

.          Focus on safety and cost reduction.?

.          Planning, deployment and maintenance of equipment /?systems performance improvement initiatives

.          Performs studies of equipment/?process failures and elaborates formal reports of recommendations and actions to improve reliability and integrity

.          Assist others in root cause failures analysis.?

.          Continuously improve maintenance programs.

.          Provide processes and expertise for establishing spare part levels.

.          Applies standard company procedures for use of reliability analysis specific to the product/?process in his/?her area of responsibility.?

.          Follows company safety and health guidelines and other company policies.?
Identify, prioritize, and resolve maintenance and reliability issues.

Qualifications:

.          Degree in related field ie) Mechanical or Reliability Engineering or a relevant diploma / degree

.          4+ years of experience working in a manufacturing facility
