Due to our growth in the Greater Halifax Area, our Halifax Branch is currently looking for an Experienced Sales Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for increasing sales and provide guidance with case analysis and case closings.
Primary Responsibilities:
Promote life insurance and investment products.
Conduct product seminars to potential brokers/advisors.
Provide input in the selection process of new Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network Associates.
Provide coaching and training to Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network Associates.
Involved in case analysis.
Provide assistance to Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network Associates in closing a deal.
Qualifications:
2 ¿ 5 years experience in direct sales management within the financial services industry.
Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) licenses preferred.
Exceptional customer service skill.
Self-directed and results oriented.
Coaching and training experience of Financial Planners preferred.
University degree or equivalent.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Navigation.
