Personal Lines Positions
Title: Account Manager/Customer Service Representative /Inbound Sales
Salary: $38k to $50k and benefits, depending on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a timely manner
- Assess risks, calculate premiums, bind coverage and prepare documentation
- Cross-sell and up-sell automobile and property insurance to clients
- Electronic interfacing with various insurers, including applications for new business, endorsements and renewals
- Maintain accurate up to date files
- Monitor insurance claim activity and respond to clients inquiries
- Process renewals, endorsements, quote and write new business
- Provide professional customer service at all times
Qualifications:
- Must have Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario License (RIBO, R.I.B.O.) or General Insurance Agent's License (OTL)
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar role in General Insurance Agency/Brokerage
- Experience with Agency Manager (TAM), Power Broker or SIGXP an asset
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working towards or completion of CIP designation
