Our government clients are actively seeking experienced administrative assistants (AS) and clerks (CR) to fill various contracts.
General duties include:
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and focus groups
- Compile, organize and store data
- Maintain a database
- Research files
- Prepare documentations or reports
- General administration duties such as filing, faxing and photocopying
Essential requirements:
- Good knowledge of database input and management
- Excellent research skills
- Team player
- Reliable and flexible
