The Technology Application Group (TAG) is a committed business partner to Scotia Capital, Integrated Support Services and Group Treasury, delivering technology services in three dimensions; business analysis, software development and production management. POSITION SUMMARY:

The candidate is required to lead, manage and participate in all aspects of the systems implementation lifecycle for the Foreign Exchange (FX) business line, including business requirements analysis and documentation, testing, documentation, user training and post implementation support. The candidate is also required to provide business and systems support for the global user base, including front office, middle office and back office.

Key accountabilities for this role:

¿Prepare business requirements documents, including research and analysis, definition and documentation of requirements;
¿Lead and manage multi-disciplinary projects
¿Participate in the complete project lifecycle
¿Lead system testing initiatives, including test planning, preparation of test cases/scenarios, test execution, and documentation of test results;
¿Analyze and document current and future business processes, workflows, and procedures;
¿Provide user documentation, user training, and post implementation support;
¿Provide support the global user base including front, middle and back office
¿Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
¿Be proactive, ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead by example; Excellent Team Player, and ability to work effectively with the users, team members, and colleagues;
¿Creative, self-starter, results-oriented, motivated.


QUALIFICATIONS:

¿Minimum 2 years of business analysis experience, preferably in FX
¿Proven experience to lead and manage systems projects;
¿Practical knowledge of the Capital Markets, preferably Foreign Exchange;
¿Knowledge of back office processing and risk management methodologies will be an advantage.


EDUCATION AND ACCREDITATIONS:

¿Undergraduate degree in business, computer science, mathematics, and other related subjects
