Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various IT positions within our organization. Your expertise in leveraging recruitment tools and platforms, along with your knowledge of HR sourcing strategies, will be instrumental in attracting top talent to our company.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize various recruitment channels to source and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct thorough reference checks on potential hires
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and acceptance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop training programs for new hires
Skills:
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with recruitment software such as iCIMS or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing strategies and techniques
- Excellent research skills to identify potential candidates through various channels
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as ADP or PeopleSoft
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive offers for selected candidates
