Direct Serve Retail Specialist

Location:

Calgary

Job Duties:

·        Flawlessly execute category work plans for all assigned businesses

·        Manage quarterly annual expense budgets

·        Achieve weekly and quarterly call cycle goals

·        Help execute plans for new store openings, regional and national events, product launches and product knowledge sessions

·        Manage inventory levels, product returns and suggested product replenishment orders

·        Aggressively gain incremental off shelf space and maintain product fundamentals while adhering to "Best Practice Plans"

·        Develop strong relationships with key store personnel

·        Work affectively with Market Managers on a weekly/monthly basis

·        Complete on time for Market Manager all store level communication requirements

Skill Requirements:

·        College or University education is an asset but not required

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Strong organizational and time management/multi-tasking skills

·        A personal car and home computer, with internet access,  is required

·        Computer proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook

Compensation:

38,000 - 40,000
