We are looking for an experienced SALES MANAGER to help with the continued growth and success of our centre.

YOUR MISSION
Would consist of recruiting, developing and managing associates to attain
their full potential and provide their clients with world class products and services.
This opportunity will require you to assume various roles on a daily basis:
recruiter, mentor and trainer. However, you will never be alone. You will be able to
count on the collaboration of numerous experienced members of our team to
assist you with these tasks. We have the tools, support and best practices to help
you succeed in this role.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in sales management within the Life Insurance and Mutual Funds industry (preferred).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skill.
  • Self-directed and results oriented.
  • Coaching and training experience within the financial services industry preferred.
  • University degree or equivalent.
