You will work in a specialist field within the frame work of PEOPLEsource. You will have complete responsibility for your own specialist sector and will be expected to become an expert within this field as far as recruitment related issues are concerned. You will be the direct point of contact for all issues related to your own sector.
Business development, client meetings, negotiation, advertising, interviewing, screening, referencing, short-listing and deal closing will all be within your remit. Team leading will come into play if that is a route you would wish to follow as our team continues to expand.
