Advertising Sales Director

COMPASS CREATIVE MEDIA is a progressive entrant in the print media industry with an opening for a unique individual to take on a leadership role in their advertising/sales
group. This is an exclusive opportunity for someone to join an energetic and newly
launched high-profile print publication.

Reporting to the head of operations, the Advertising Sales Director is
responsible for overall leadership of the sales team. This individual will
draw on their 5-10 years experience in print ad sales to lead sales
presentations, manage junior sales associates, oversee day-to-day sales
operations, and take responsibility for driving revenue.

The qualified candidate will use his/her initiative and interpersonal
skills to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. They will have in depth
knowledge of Canadian media buyers and a proven track record of achieving
results.

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary with an
opportunity for a considerable bonus based on achievement of sales targets.
