Description
Perform sales activities for strategic accounts and achieve or exceed assigned revenue objective.
Sell construction services with face to face contact.
Engage in relationship building and network activities to develop additional sales opportunity.
Maximize account penetration and customer satisfaction
Interact with individuals at all levels in an organization
Recognize new opportunities to promote the benefits of our services and our business model.
Assist marketing with marketing and promotional strategies
Responsibilities
Acquire new quoting and sales opportunities
Review and compile information for quoting purposes (scope of work)
Formulate and present quotation to client
Once a purchase order is generated initiate project
Coordinate with internal and external support and trades
Follow up with clients to ensure all needs and expectations are met.
Requirement
5 years experience is selling services and products to commercial property manager
Must have a established customer base within the commercial property management industry
Ability to articulate our business model and demonstrate the value of our services to all levels of an organization
Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
