Gestionnaire de projets/ Project Co-Ordination Manager

Poste permanent sur Montréal

 

Responsibilities

  • Supports the portfolio management process by collecting, cleaning and standardizing project status information;
  • Understands the scope of assigned projects, and monitors financial and project issues, as well as deadlines and milestones;
  • Prepares reports on work accomplished to the Senior Project Manager for the approval process for each stage of the project
  • Maintains effective project status tracking through communications with relevant project participants and coordination of meeting planning and minutes;
  • Assists in the Change Management process for the resolution of issues related to priorities, resources, interdependencies, major changes
  • Consolidate on a weekly basis project reports or presentations including Steering Committee Status, Major Issues List, Project Plans with related meeting minutes;
  • Understanding of, and responsibility for, a complete lifecycle for small projects or phases of larger projects;

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • 4 years experience in PCO or project management including participation in large-scale projects as well as good understanding of IT application
  • Accreditation (CAPM / PMP), an asset
  • Business and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of budget tracking process
  • Strong ability to plan, organize and manage time
  • English and French written and spoken
  • Skills in computing, Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Share Point
  • Effective project status documentation skills
  • Important professional ethics and quality-oriented individual
