Job Duties:

Communicate with customers in English and French

Responding to inquires and problem solving for business owners and customers

Compiling data and preparing reports in relations to customer service

Review customer payment discrepancies and resolve
Skill Requirements:
-
Ability to communicate in English and French (oral and written)

Background in Accounting (education and experience)
-
At least 2 years previous customer service / account management experience

Experience in operational accounting or account reconciliation is an asset

SAP experience is an asset
-
Excellent proficiency in Excel and MS Office

Organizational skills
Compensation:
$35,000 - $43,000/year (depending on role and experience)
