Sales Manager   

 

Description:

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager in the North Etobicoke in Toronto, Ontario. The incumbent will be responsible for increasing sales and provide guidance with case analysis and case closings.

 Primary Responsibilities:

                     1. Advisor visits to promote life insurance and security products.

 2. Conduct product seminars to potential advisors.

 3. Provide input in the selection process of new Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network Associates.

 4. Provide coaching and training to Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network Associates.

 5. Involved in case analysis.

6. Provide assistance to Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network Associates in closing cases and sales.

Qualifications:

1. 2 -  5 years experience in direct sales management within the financial services industry.

2. Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities via prospecting and cold calling.

3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

4. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations required.

5. Exceptional customer service skills

6. Self-directed and results oriented.

7. Coaching and training experience of Financial Planners preferred.

8. University degree or equivalent.

9. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Navigation.
