Under general supervision of the Area Manager, these positions will run a store engaged in providing payday loans.
Superior Customer Service levels
Complete profit and loss performance
Growth and default management
Local store marketing
Collections and Underwriting
Effective store operating procedures including underwriting/audits, cash management, store appearance
Compliance in all aspects of the policies and procedures, which include banking regulations
High School diploma or GED required and minimum of one-year supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated knowledge and the ability to manage all financial aspects of store operations including growth and expense managment.
Experience in revenue-generating capability, including local store marketing
Passion for delivering world class customer service
Demonstrated supervisory proficiency in hiring, counseling, and coaching to include conducting performance management sessions (Store Managers only)
.Must have valid driver's license and own transportation
