BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Competitive salary: $44,000 to $48,000
Immediate benefits coverage (100% Medical & Dental)
Three weeks vacation plus performance incentive rewards

For over 30 years, our client has grown into a leading company in their industry and are currently hiring a talented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. This company is very focused on client service excellence and satisfaction.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  •  3 years customer service experience 
  • Fluently bilingual (French/English  communication skills in both languages)
  • Commitment to provide quality service to the customer and active awareness of customer needs
  • Proven high level of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines
  • Proficient in an MS Office environment
  • SAP experience an asset
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build strong customer relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Efficiently answer phone calls from customers
  • Identify customer's needs and most effective method of meeting those needs
  • Display active awareness and concern for the customer
  • Support sales forceParticipate in improving quality and productivity
