BILINGUAL KEY ACCOUNTS REPRESENTATIVE
Salary: $57K- $59K
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm (can be flexible)
Not a call center environment
SCOPE OF WORK:
This critical role is responsible for managing customer orders and product supply for at least two businesses in Canada. The nature of the role includes operating within the SAP system in support of customer orders in an "end to end" environment. The Specialist will be viewed as an expert resource for order entry, order management, credit and other support information systems.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential role is to process customer orders into the SAP system, and manage those orders through the information and product supply chains in a way that meets customer and business needs.
Establishes excellent business relationships with customers by consistently delivering professional, quality service that is superior to the competition.
Utilizes and continuously develops expert knowledge of the SAP system within: order entry, inventory management, credit and other information support systems like rebates, pricing and the Workflow data base.
Influences changes to servicing practices and polices due to communication skills and business expertise.
Prioritizes tasks and effectively manages multiple assignments so that the needs of the business are met.
Implements special projects to improve "end to end" information and customer support, and improve product supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Bilingualism--English and French
Previous Order Management experience preferred but not required
Ability to organize and set priorities for a demanding, diverse work assignment
Demonstrated experience of forming and maintaining positive and professional relationships with customers and colleagues
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
Self-motivated.
Self-managed
Ability to operate the required information systems (SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite of programs)
Demonstrates attention to detail
Exhibits high level of accuracy and passion for excellence
Flexibility within a team to assume or relinquish tasks as required
