Bilingual Inside Sales Representative
Our client is Canada's
leading national distributor to the healthcare industry. They are in search of
an experienced Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join their growing
team. They offer an incredible working environment, uncapped earning potential
and the opportunity to work for a company that recognizes and rewards a strong

Excellent Base Salary + Commission & Bonus Structure
Potential earnings $80+
Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm

The successful applicant will:
- Promote Sales of existing
and new products
- They are existing customers (no cold calling)
- Provide administrative
support to the sales force including analyzing data for sales incentive plan
purposes, creating sales reports and tracking sales
- Close for orders and enter
them for fulfillment
- Follow up on order
fulfillment and initiate customer care calls
- Initiate sales by calling
existing clients to assess inventories and the need for replenishment
- Call on and services
company accounts in an assigned territory and conducts related promotion
activities jointly with marketing
- Generate, manage and filter
leads for increased account penetration
- Assign qualified prospects
to appropriate outside sales representative
- Assist with any sales
research and database population
- Track competitor's
promotions and advise sales representatives as required
- Assist with sales
promotions, projects and initiatives
- Identify sales
opportunities by researching industries or organizations
The ideal candidate
will possess the following attributes:
- Bilingualism
(French/English)
- Sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal
skills, outgoing, energetic and positive attitude
- Strong relationship and
excellent customer service skills
- Professional communications
skills, verbal and written
- Strong time management and
organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to multi-task
- Ability to successfully
achieve operating targets and maximize profitability through effective
prospecting and proactive management of accounts
- Excellent computer skills;
Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work under
minimal supervision
