Position Title: BILINGUAL ACCOUNT MANAGER/ CUSTOMER SERVICE KEY ACCOUNTS
Department: Medical Operations

Responsibilities:

·         Provides phone support to customers - handles customer enquiries, follows up on all issues, resolves problems;
·          Provides administrative support and coordinates the activities of the Sales Reps;
·         Manages customer accounts and explores opportunities to increase revenues;
·         Prepares, releases and processes incoming capital and regular sales purchase orders from hospitals;
·         Completes necessary paperwork and prepares invoices;
·         Assesses all customer concerns for reportable Health Canada complaints. In the event that there is a reportable complaint, escalates situation to the Product Specialist;
·         Acts as the key point of contact within the team for all work flow coordination;
·         Maintains Service department filing system;
·         Collects data and compiles sales metrics on a weekly and monthly basis;
·         Analyzes and participates to the improvement of departmental and company's existing processes;

Requirements:
·         Fluently bilingual - verbal, reading and writing
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - professionalism
·         Good analytical skills and pro-active attitude
·         Able to work autonomously and with minimal supervision
·         Team player who develops positive relationships with co-workers at all levels
·         Technically savvy -excellent computer skills and knowledge (Microsoft Office:Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with CRM tools are an asset)
·         Organized and detail oriented - able to prioritize tasks, manages time well and able to manage multiple demands & tasks simultaneously
