Bilingual Customer Service Representative 
Account Manager

Providing outstanding customer service to external and internal customers through efficient order management and professional communications. Works as a liaison between customers, sales, technical support and supply chain departments.


·Responsible for full order management (accurate order placement, ensure all holds are released, provide tracking information, resolve billing issues)
·Facilitate problem resolution to increase customer satisfaction
·Proactively review and action all reports (failed outputs, backorder report, shipped not billed, blocked orders)
·Liase with key supply chain departments in order to satisfy customer requirements
·Ensure a timely and accurate response to customer inquiries on billing issues, quote requests, material availability, payment application discrepancies and other miscellaneous matters pertaining to their account.
·Establish a strong working relationship with other customer service team members allowing for a seamless transition of work
·Maintain friendly, efficient, professional and responsive attitude at all times
·proactively identify improvements in the process to meet customer critical issues

minimum 2 years related work experience
·Fluent in English & French, written and spoken
·Excellent interpersonal skills
·Exceptional communication skills
·Excellent organizational and time management skills
·Adaptable to change, new priorities, deadlines and interruptions
·Ability to work under pressure and multi task
·Strong problem solving skills; ability to make quick and sound decisions in emergency situations  
·Good working knowledge of computerized systems (Outlook, Excel, Word)
·Ability to understand specific business objectives, priorities and key processes
