Our client is Canada 's leading service provider focused exclusively on delivering logistics services to the healthcare manufacturing industry and is currently hiring a talented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their growing team.

The responsibilities of the desired candidate will include:

Order Entry

  • Edits and enters customer orders
  • Daily contact with buyers regarding P.O. discrepancies
  • Coordinates internal & international shipments
  • Monitors shipment until destination arrival

File Maintenance
  • Maintain organized filing system of client requests and orders
  • Sets up new vendor and new customers
  • Sets up banners and new item number
  • Updates item files, customer files , customer credit limits and tax information

The successful candidate will meet the following standards and requirements:
  • Two to three years of  customer service experience
  • An awareness of hospital, pharmacy, and/or wholesaler distribution an asset
  • Proficiency in computer application programs including MS Office, etc.
  • Strong problem solving, organization and decision making skills
  • Bilingualism in French and English
