Superintendent - Industrial Constructors

Specializing in heavy industrial construction throughout Western Canada, PCL Industrial Constructors Inc. is looking for superintendents with piping experience. The qualified individuals are responsible for all field aspects of the project's budget, schedule, safety and general performance. This includes mentoring, coaching and supervising foremen/field personnel, selecting construction methodology, and directing subcontractor coordination. They must also ensure that all work is safe, of high quality and that all company and client procedures are being met.

Position Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have an extensive metal trades background, previous experience in a supervisory role and have superior mentoring skills. Preference will be given to those able to work day and night shift.

A strong attention to detail, proven problem resolution skills and superior interpersonal skills are also a requirement of this position.
