BILINGUAL TEAM LEADER
(Financial Industry)

Key Roles and
Responsibilities:
- Motivate all
staff to achieve and surpass their daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Liaise with
management to continually find new ways in motivating staff
- Manage your own
budget in offering unique incentives for staff
- Provide direct
coaching sessions with staff to improve overall performance
Required
Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Strong verbal
and written English and French
- Minimum 1 year
of experience as a team leader or supervisor - preferably out of
Financial
- Outgoing
