What are the responsibilities?
. Entering and maintaining all orders in the Order Entry System and maintaining their online catalogue
. Communicating with customers, vendors, and internal personnel to resolve questions, problems, and inconsistencies
. Review all orders for correctness of information
. Assisting the sales team
. Showing clients around their showroom when necessary

. Customer service experience
. Post-Secondary education is an asset
. Experience with, or a passion for horticulture is a HUGE asset!
