Key Role
Responsibilities / Activities
- Answer inbound calls from customers and clients
- Verification of customer details, updating files,
inquiries
- Various administrative tasks as
required
- Follow-up when necessary
Required
Experience / Competencies / Education
- 2
years+ experience in customer service
- Excellent communication abilities in English and in French
- Strong PC skills
Highly

- Post Secondary Education
- Strong Attention to Detail
