Billing Representative

department needs are growing and the need for bilingual customer service
representatives has increased. Our client is seeking and enthusiastic bilingual billing support representative
looking to expand their knowledge and gain career growth. This position
is conveniently located in downtown
Toronto.
Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
- Prepare monthly
invoice and billings (large and complex)
- Provide
information on billing and services inquiries
- General
administrative duties, supporting the department
Required
Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Oral and written
skills in English & French are mandatory and will be tested
- Two (2) years in
a billing / invoicing administrative role
- Two (2) years in
a customer service role or in a light collection role
Highly

- Exceptional
