Position Specifics

Les associés des Ventes fournissent un service à la clientèle efficace et courtois en recherchant activement les clients pour définir leurs besoins et les conseiller. Ils possèdent des connaissances approfondies sur les produits des divers rayons, fournissent des renseignements sur les caractéristiques des produits et connaissent les produits connexes afin de vendre des projets «entiers». Dans leur rayon d?affectation, ils savent comment accueillir les clients, définir leurs besoins, les conseiller et conclure les ventes. Ils sont aussi en mesure de leur fournir un service de base sur les produits des rayons voisins. Les associés des Ventes mettent l?accent sur le service à la clientèle, puis s?engagent à définir les besoins des clients et à y répondre.

Vous trouverez ce poste IDÉAL si vous :

êtes disposé à travailler selon un horaire variable, y compris les soirs et les fins de semaine;

avez d?excellentes aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle et aimez interagir avec les gens;

démontrez d?excellentes aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes et la prise de décisions;

possédez une éthique de travail rigoureuse et faites preuve d?un enthousiasme et d?une énergie à toute épreuve;

êtes capable de travailler sous pression et avez un grand souci du détail.
