Project Administrator Assistant (#241114)

Overview
Responsibilities include assisting in administrative functions of project-related assignments including overall planning, tracking and documentation of one or several projects from the project proposal phase to the project closeout.

Key Responsibilities
. Coordinate project related meetings
. Provide assistance with SharePoint uploading & document maintenance
. Provide assistance maintaining SharePoint document inventories
. Track weekly deliverables
. Maintain project calendars
. Record and maintain meeting minutes

General Responsibilities
. Provide courteous and professional service in the performance of assigned duties
. Comply with al policies and procedures
. Comply with all security standards

This position will work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment that demands meeting deadlines imposed by the project manager, project lead and various deliverables required by senior management

Candidate Qualifications

. Education: Four years of college, preferably with a degree in Business, Economics, or Accounting

. Experience: Three years of mutual fund servicing or equivalent experience


. Skills & Abilities: Must have strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, communication and organization skills, be detail oriented, work independently without supervision, and have a working knowledge of SharePoint as well as all MS Office applications




Skills:

Microsoft office software, Outlook and Visio (Must Have)
