Manager, Securities Compliance (#241369)Our client, one of Canada's Big Five Banks is hiring a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join their group to focus on the policies and procedures of Securities Compliance. The incumbent will support the Wealth Management group and build programs and policies to ensure the division is compliant with new and existing regulations. You will advise the group's asset management, broker/dealer, and fund management areas, and will be a subject matter expert on regulatory changes affecting the securities industry. To qualify for this role, you must have experience working in a legal or regulatory capacity, and at least 5-8 years experience working in a compliance role. You must possess strong knowledge of regulators and their regulations of asset managers, fund managers, and broker/dealers, while possessing the ability to interpret regulatory policies and articulate them concisely to your business groups. You must have completed the CSC and CPH, and preference will go toward candidates who have completed additional CSI courses.
