relevant post secondary degree and 1-3 years experience in a
marketing assistant or coordination role?

Our client, which have seen their staff and revenues multiply several times
over the last 10 years, are poised for tremendous growth in the coming years.
Due to this growth, they are looking for an ambitious, motivated and confident
bilingual marketing professional to join their team. In this
position you will coordinate all aspects of the Canadian division's
communications, advertising, public relations, and promotional programs, and
marketing strategies.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Coordination of
project dockets for the marketing Managers, including the completion MPO's
timelines, budgets and expenses
- Assist with and
coordinate and management of marketing projects and programs including but
not limited to product launches, dealer incentives and promotions
- Support the Independent and National channels
- Regular communication with dealers regarding
marketing programs and incentives
- Request ROI
reports following ad campaigns and promotions, measure and performance
- Execution of promotion strategy and measurements
- Complete APO's
and follow through with full post mortem reports following all
marketing program/campaigns and promotions
Required Experience:
- University Degree
in Marketing, Economics, Commerce, communications
- 3-5 years
experience as a marketing or sales coordinator coordinator or
relevant experience
- Excellent Communication
skills in both French and English
- The ability to
multitask many projects at once
- Strong Excel
skills
- Excellent
organizational skills
