Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
Reception and 50% Office Administration
with preparation of materials for meetings and events
- Process catering
requests and take care of event management
invoicing and purchase orders for office and kitchen supplies.

Desired Experience / Competencies / Education:
understanding of MS Office
Degree or College Diploma preferred.
good judgment when making decisions
- 1 to 5 years
work experience in administration, coordination or customer service.
