Our client, a dynamic mid-sized law firm, is seeking senior real estate lawyer with a portable practice to join their downtown Calgary office. The ideal candidate will have strong ties in the community, excellent client development skills and progressive leadership abilities to assist in shaping the culture of the firm's growing team. The successful candidate will have an established practice in one or more of the areas of:

. Residential purchase and sale
. Commercial building purchase and sale
. Refinancings and/or commercial financings
. Lease review
. New home construction
. Builder work
. General real estate law
